Hiscall, Inc. will be participating in the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce 2012 Business Expo on May 1^st. The event is free to attend and more than 80 vendors will be present at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, TN. Join us for an afternoon of networking and door prizes.

On May 1^st, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a free Business Expo, Still Rocking the Chamber, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, 400 Highland Ave., Jackson, TN. Hiscall Inc., specializing in Telephony, Structured Cabling, Data Networking, Nurse Call, Audio/Visual and CCTV, will be participating in the Expo.

With more than 80 vendors, door prizes throughout the day and networking, this promises to be a great event. Hiscall will be bringing our Mobile Communication Center (MCC) to tour and participants can visit us inside for a chance to win a TicketMaster gift card.

The Expo is presented by Alexander Thompson Arnold, PLLC and Bancorp South and the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce.

Hiscall, Inc. joins the Tennessee Health Care Association as an associate member. THCA, founded in 1947, is an organization committed to high standards in long term care facilities in Tennessee.

Hiscall, Inc. is excited to become an associate member of Tennessee Health Care Association (THCA). Hiscall joins THCA in their dedication to safety and welfare in long-term care facilities in the state of TN. Hiscall has been a provider of Low-Voltage Cabling since 2002 and added Nurse Call systems in 2010.

Since its founding in 1947, THCA has been dedicated to helping maintain the high standards of licensed long-term care facilities in the Volunteer State. THCA members include roughly 250 facilities with a combined total of approximately 28,000 patients. Members include nursing homes of all types – privately-owned, government operated and nonprofit – as well as some assisted care living facilities.

The mission of the Tennessee Health Care Association is to enhance the ability of its members to provide essential long-term care services for the elderly and disabled through education, advocacy and leadership.

Another organization of THCA is the Tennessee Center for Assisted Living (TNCAL). Their primary focus is those residents in assisted living facilities and the unique challenges such facilities entail.

Bulletin Board Information Services

Callers can retrieve information on a variety of issues by simply following the prompts. The information and the specific flow of the prompts are set up by the business to meet the needs of their callers and can be modified at any time. This is the most common use of IVR solutions in the market today.

Customer Information Access

Called many things-Account Inquiry, Order Status, Policy Information, etc.—this solution allows the caller to access information from a company database. Identification numbers, passwords and optional Voice Authentication software provide necessary security.

This solution is used in call centers to alert callers about lengths of wait times and then to give them options to handle the call if they don’t want to wait.

Help Desk Dispatch

This solution allows technicians to be notified when a trouble ticket is opened. The tickets can be tagged to indicate the level of trouble. Technicians are prompted to indicate they received the call and they can dial back into the system once the problem is resolved to close the ticket or leave a message for the employee who opened the ticket.
