Hiscall's Data Managed Services program was developed with small and medium-sized businesses in mind - organizations that cannot afford to hire a full-time IT staff member. This preventative maintenance program provides organizations lacking a permanent IT staff with access to a trained and certified Hiscall resource charged with performing a custom audit of the organization's IT and communications system.

Largely a preventative maintenance service, the Data Managed Services program will ensure that the organization's IT and communications system infrastructure - including networks, phones, computers and security - is fully optimized and is being properly maintained. These organizations avoid downtime and move from being reactionary to proactive in managing the evolution of their communications systems.
