Hiscall offers organizations access to a comprehensive list of training and consulting offerings either on a stand-alone, as-needed basis or as elements of the Extended Care Plan.
Hiscall training covers the company's full range of communications systems offerings - telephone systems, security solutions, A/V systems, cabling and data networking - and is structured to meet the needs of every organization.
Customers have the option of training at Hiscall, on-location at their facility and/or at the nearest training facility provided by the manufacturer of their particular telephone/security/AV system.
Training offerings include:
- BICSI Training (for designers and installers of complex voice/data cable layouts)
- Brand-Specific End User training - (personalized training on a particular telephone system/Audio-Visual system, etc.)
