Remote Support
Hiscall's remote support service is available for most Hiscall products, including phone systems, data systems and some security system-related issues.
Hiscall technicians are able to dial-in via computer to customer systems to diagnose and repair most issues or perform standard system changes, such as adding a phone extension, that can be handled remotely. This saves time and service call charges.
Customers with a Hiscall maintenance agreement can access up to 30-minutes of no-charge remote support per month.
