Administrative & End-User Training

With all systems HISCALL provides customers with both personalized end-user training and System Administration training. End users are taught the features and operation of their individual telephone to help ensure ease of use. System Administrators are also given personalized service to help them understand the operation of the system and to have the ability to make certain basic system changes in the future.
