First impressions are important and the time it takes to make them is critical. A person, on average, takes seven seconds to absorb, digest, and form an opinion. That is seven seconds to make or break it.

Traditional forms of welcoming guests like posters are too static and easily ignored. It takes a lot of time and resources to print these posters and they are often ignored and easily overlooked. Because of these factors, posters are also difficult to maintain and outdated material is showcased as opposed to the most recent, exciting news and events of the office.

Hiscall, a leader in systems communications, decided to ditch the old paper and ink method of communication. Challenged to find a better way to communicate with not only their visitors but also with their employees, Hiscall envisioned a digital signage solution that would serve the dual purpose of dynamically inviting visitors and effectively communicating with employees.
