Are you actually licensed to install security systems in Tennessee?
Yes. Hiscall holds Tennessee CCTV License #1405, and every installation is performed under that license.
Can you integrate access control with our existing camera system?
In most cases, yes. During the site survey we'll look at what you already have and tell you honestly whether it's worth integrating or replacing.
How quickly can a lost or stolen badge be deactivated?
Access permissions are managed centrally, so a badge can be deactivated as soon as your team reports it, without waiting on a vendor.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We walk the building, document what's in place, and give you a scope and a price. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
Who answers when something goes wrong at 2 a.m.?
