Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. This page explains what information this website and our services collect, how Hiscall, Inc. uses it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, company, phone number, email address, and the details of your message. If you're an active customer, we also keep the business information tied to your project, like your service address and equipment on file. We do not require you to create an account or provide payment information on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here. This is aggregate, non-identifying usage data used to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors. See our cookie settings page for the full rundown of what's used and how to opt out.

How we use your information

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, whether that's scheduling a site survey, answering a question, or providing a quote. We keep this information only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data from systems we install or manage for you

Some of our services involve systems that capture their own data, like security camera footage, access-control logs, or call recordings on a phone system. That data belongs to you, and we handle it on your instructions as your service provider, not as its owner. We don't access, use, or share it beyond what's needed to deliver or support the service, and how it's used or shared beyond that is your decision to make as the business that owns the system.

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

If you're a customer of our telecommunications or phone services, federal rules protect certain information about your account, like the services you use, your call patterns, and your billing details, as Customer Proprietary Network Information. We only use or share CPNI as the law allows, or with your approval, and we don't use it for marketing beyond our own related services without giving you a way to opt out.

Text messaging

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, service updates, or appointment reminders tied to your project. We don't use text messaging for marketing without your consent. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How we protect your information

Form submissions are handled through our website hosting provider's secure infrastructure. We limit access to submitted information to Hiscall employees who need it to respond to your request or support your account.

This site links to outside sites, including our technology partners. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate ourselves.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have on file for you, request that we correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by reaching out using the information below. If you'd rather not have your browsing tracked by analytics, see our cookie settings page.
