Cloud phone systems are close to a commodity now. Every provider offers roughly the same feature list. What still varies is who wires the building, who programs the call flow, who trains the front desk, and who answers when a queue stops routing on a Monday morning. Hiscall Cloud Services gives you the same core capability as the nationwide voice providers, installed and supported by the same Hiscall employees who wire your building, priced to avoid the line items that make a cloud bill grow after the first year.

What each of those actually covers

The parts that usually turn into invoices

Lifetime system updates

Your system updates automatically. New capability arrives without a migration project or a version-upgrade invoice.

Unlimited programming

Add a line, move an extension, change a call flow, rebuild the auto attendant for a new season. Call us, it's covered.

Phones included

Desk phones ship with the service on a 5-year agreement. Other terms are available if you'd rather own the hardware.

Support that answers

You work directly with a trained, certified, Hiscall-badged employee, not a call center.

Unlimited training

On-site sessions and user guides, repeated whenever you hire, reorganize or add a location.

On-site installation

Our own crew installs and configures everything on your premises, on a schedule that doesn't interrupt your business.

Reliability

Built so a bad afternoon doesn't become a lost day

Failover is standard on every plan. For environments where a dropped call has real consequences, clinics, dispatch centers, banks, we design the supporting infrastructure too: UPS sizing, redundant connectivity, and the switching and cabling underneath it all.

  • Unlimited inbound and outbound US minutes with SIP trunks
  • Point-to-point video calling and conferencing
  • Voicemail with unified messaging
  • Call monitoring and on-demand recording
  • Continuous software updates
  • A performance guarantee on every agreement

Questions we hear

Cloud phone system questions

Is my business too small, or too large, for cloud?
Small businesses get a feature-rich system for less cost and less maintenance, and can replace aging infrastructure without a large capital purchase. Larger organizations get a scalable platform with minimal hardware cost, and hand the maintenance to us so internal IT can work on improving the business instead of maintaining it.
We already have an on-premise system.
A hybrid deployment lets you keep that investment and add cloud where it earns its keep: remote workers, a second site, disaster failover. You don't have to dismantle a working system to get the benefits of cloud.
How long does a cutover take?
It depends on number porting and how much cabling the building needs. A single-site office with clean infrastructure is typically days, not months. The free site survey gives you a real date before you sign anything.
What if we're mid-contract with another provider?
Tell us who you're with and what you're paying. We can often help release you from a current agreement if you're not satisfied with it, and we'll be straight with you if the math says waiting is cheaper.

Tell us what your business needs

We'll walk the building, look at what's already there, and give you a straight answer about what to replace and what to keep. No charge for the survey.
