The infrastructure every other system in your building runs on

Hiscall designs and installs copper and fiber optic infrastructure through BICSI-certified technicians, with full architectural design service for new construction and renovation. Paging, intercom, nurse call and clock systems all live here too, since they ride the same cabling backbone.

Every phone, camera, access point and AV display in your building depends on the cabling behind the wall. Get it wrong, or skip planning it before construction starts, and every system built on top of it inherits the problem. Hiscall's BICSI-certified technicians design and install that infrastructure, including the paging, nurse call and clock systems that ride the same backbone, and work directly with architects when it's new construction.

Why one team

What actually changes when your cabling contractor is also your systems integrator

Cabling decisions made in isolation get expensive later. Here's what that looks like split across vendors versus handled by one.

What we install

Five categories, all riding the same cabling backbone.

  • Copper and fiber optic cabling. Installed by BICSI-certified infrastructure technicians, sized for the systems you have today and the ones you'll add later.
  • Overhead paging and intercom. IP-based paging across zones, wings and buildings, plus door intercom at controlled entrances.
  • Nurse call systems. Bedside stations, code blue, pull cords and staff notification, designed around how your units actually run.
  • Synchronized clock systems. Building-wide, tied into paging and notification so every clock in the facility agrees.
  • Architectural design service. Cabling and infrastructure planned before the walls go up, for new construction and major renovation.

How we work

Five steps, and you know who to call at each one

Step 01

Survey

We come to you at no charge, look at what's already in place, and tell you honestly what should be replaced and what has life left in it.

Step 02

Design

You get a documented scope and clear pricing. For new construction we produce full architectural layouts for every low voltage system.

Step 03

Install

Our own BICSI-certified technicians do the work, coordinated around your construction schedule rather than around us.

Step 04

Train

On-site sessions for staff who manage paging, nurse call or clock systems day to day.

Step 05

Support

You call us directly, not a queue, with 24/7/365 emergency response and unlimited moves, adds and changes.

Cabling is the one system nobody sees and everything else depends on. We plan it before the walls go up, not after something doesn't fit.

Local technicians, coverage across the Midsouth and beyond

Two Tennessee offices put a certified Hiscall employee close by.

  • Dickson. Corporate headquarters and 25,000 square foot distribution facility, serving Middle Tennessee and the Nashville region. Reach the Dickson office directly at (615) 740-7771.
  • Knoxville. Branch office serving East Tennessee since 2001, with the same certified technicians and the same emergency response. Reach the Knoxville office directly at (865) 862-4650.
  • You reach a person. You work directly with a trained, certified, Hiscall-badged employee, not a call center.
  • Beyond our two offices. We also have employees based in West Tennessee and Kentucky, and we support customers throughout the Midsouth region and several nationwide.

Questions we hear

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with architects on new construction?
Regularly. We work with owners and architects from the earliest design phases, including full architectural plan layouts covering every low voltage system, and stay on the project through completion.
Can you add paging or nurse call to an existing building without a full rewire?
In many cases, yes, especially if existing cabling has capacity. The site survey tells us exactly what's there and what a new system would actually require.
What's the difference between copper and fiber, and which do we need?
It depends on distance, bandwidth needs and what you're running over it. We'll recommend the right mix for your building during the survey rather than defaulting to whichever is easier for us to install.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We walk the building, document what's in place, and give you a scope and a price. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
Can you phase the work across a budget or construction cycle?
Yes. We can scope the project in phases that fit your capital cycle or construction timeline and document each phase clearly, which makes approval straightforward for a board or finance office.

Tell us what your building needs.

We'll walk the property, look at what's already there, and give you a straight answer about what to replace and what to keep. No charge for the survey.
