Accessibility statement
Hiscall, Inc. wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on other assistive technology.
Our commitment
We're building this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most courts and the Department of Justice treat as the practical benchmark for ADA compliance. It's also the standard behind Section 508, which matters to us directly since several of the industries we serve, including schools and government agencies, have their own procurement requirements around it.
What we've done so far
This site is built with semantic HTML so assistive technology can correctly identify headings, navigation, and page structure. Our contact form uses real labels tied to each field, native browser validation, and a spam-prevention field that's hidden from assistive technology the correct way rather than just visually. Our color palette is chosen to meet contrast standards, and the site's navigation, including the mobile menu, is built to work by keyboard and touch, not just a mouse. Alt text on images is an ongoing project as we finish building out the site.
We treat this as active work, not a finished checklist. A fuller accessibility audit is on our own to-do list, and this statement will be updated as that work happens.
Conformance documentation
